As a Production Engineer, you are mainly involved in the production of our print heads; the Robot Extruders. These are made in series and there is a production line for that.
You will work together in a production team that focuses on the production, manufacture and assembly of the print heads, but also the assembly of other systems, such as the AM Flexbot Systems and the print beds. This position will require traveling (within NL, but also internationally) to customer sites to help during installations
You will also perform installation work and maintenance of the systems at customer sites both at home and abroad. This ranges from our printheads integrated with an existing system by the customer to complete robotic systems or gantry machines.CEAD has a wide customer reach, and so our customers are spread all over the world.
This position primarily involves the assembly and production of these parts, but there is also room for improving the production so that it becomes more streamlined and therefore more efficient. It is therefore possible that activities such as updating the assembly documentation will also fall under this position.
Preferably at least 1 year’s work experience in assembly or production work
