At CEAD, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to play a key role in qualifying leads, supporting our sales teams, and continuously improving our commercial processes in an international, technical environment.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you play a key operational role within the Sales team by independently managing inbound leads and supporting the effectiveness of the overall sales process. You are responsible for timely follow-up, structured lead qualification, and ensuring high-quality handover of opportunities to Sales Representatives.
You contribute to improving lead qualification criteria, outreach strategies, and sales workflows by analysing buyer personas, market segments, and response data. In close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and senior colleagues, you support continuous optimization of CRM usage, reporting quality, and process efficiency, including the practical application of AI toolswhere relevant.
In addition, you support sales enablement through accurate documentation (such as case studies), structured handling of event and exhibition leads, and regular reporting insights. This role offers hands-on exposure to commercial operations in an international environment and provides a strong foundation for growth within the Inside Sales function.

Your Key Activities:
- Lead Management & Qualification
- Independently manage lead follow-up and execute qualification process.
- Ensure correct handover of qualified leads.
- Escalate promising leads to Sales Reps.
- Follow up on cold leads in CRM, aligning priorities with sales areas managers
- Improvement and Analysis
- Evaluate and suggest improvements in lead qualification criteria.
- Analyse buyer persona and market segment outreach strategies.
- Refine outreach processes by vertical segments and buyer persona.
- Implementing AI tools to improve the sales process
- Documentation and Communication
- Identify the need for case studies, communicate missing ones to inside sales colleagues
- Update incomplete case studies
- Reporting and Analysis
- Update reports, analyse them with Senior or Team Lead.
- Contribute to reports to be sent on a weekly basis
- Highlight response rates and qualification conversion trends.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Organize lead data collected at exhibitions.
- Support sales team as required to achieve KPI’s and conversion rates
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Engineering, Commercial Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
- Familiarity with sales reporting, BI dashboards, and basic data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvements in a commercial environment.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international setting.

- Engineering / Commercial/Business Administration or similar studies.
- Important to have good affinity with numbers & calculations
- Knowledge of CRM / Pipedrive is a must
- Knowledge of AI tools and interest in process improvements is considered a must=
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or similar tools is considered a must
- Knowledge of Microsoft package (specifically Excel) is considered a must
- Proficient in English is a must. Any additional language is considered a plus
