As a Field Service Engineer / Installation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our global operations, ensuring the successful installation and servicing of our advanced machinery at customer locations worldwide. From Malaysia to Canada, England to Greece, our machines are in operation across the globe. When you’re not traveling, you’ll contribute to our in-house assembly team at our facility in Delft, ensuring seamless machine production. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Installation & Servicing: Lead the mechanical and electrical installation and commissioning of high-tech machinery and systems at customer sites.
- Customer Support: Provide on-site adjustments, troubleshoot, and implement solutions to ensure machine performance.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance at customer locations.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed written technical reports and service documentation.
- Assembly & Preparation: Support the in-house assembly of new machines when not traveling.
Your Profile:
- HBO+ level of education and technical thinking, and a strong technical affinity and background
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in assembly, production, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with a wide range of assembly tools.Experience with large equipment, or willingness to learn.
- Enthusiastic about high-tech machinery and problem-solving.
- Service- and quality-oriented, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Willingness to travel ad hoc for installations and service work.
